Kane Street teens are members of the thriving Brownstone Brooklyn United Synagogue Youth/Kadima chapter, led by Dina Garfinkel. USY is for teens in grades 9-12. Kadima is for teens and pre-teens in grades 6-8.
Here are some of the things our teens are up to: playing basketball, going canoeing, watching movies with friends, having Shabbat dinners with friends, playing poker at a casino night, going camping, having a chocolate Seder, making money and raising money for tzedakah, making programs for child victims of domestic violence, going to Great Adventure, having a BBQ, playing ultimate Frisbee, going on a scavenger hunt, taking a boat ride around Manhattan, marching in the Israel parade, taking a summer bus tour of the U.S., and going to Israel!
